Bringing practical, affordable AI to Indian businesses and governance
Most AI products assume an English-speaking user, a stable connection and a budget denominated in dollars. That excludes the majority of organisations in this country — the district office, the district co-operative bank, the two-hundred-bed hospital, the agri-trader with forty villages of suppliers.
We build for those organisations first. That means vernacular by default, deployable on the channels people already use, and priced against the manual process it replaces rather than against a Silicon Valley comparable.
Built in Madhya Pradesh
Shiva-AI started in Madhya Pradesh, close to the problems it works on. Crop surveys covering more land than any field team can walk. Helplines that ring out because there is no one to answer in Bundeli. Loan files where nobody has actually seen the collateral.
Those constraints shaped the products. PropAI came from survey verification work; our voice agents were tuned on real calls from small towns, not clean studio audio. Bharat's grassroots realities are the design brief, not an edge case.

Practical AI
We ship things that get used on a Tuesday afternoon. If a model cannot beat the current process on cost, speed or accuracy, we say so instead of selling it.
Vernacular-first
Hindi and regional languages are the default, not a later phase. Our systems are tuned for Indian accents, code-mixed speech and noisy phone lines.
Data privacy
Customer data stays scoped to the customer's deployment. Access is role-based and audited, and we do not repurpose client data to train shared models.
Made in India
Built in Madhya Pradesh by a team that has walked the tehsils and mandis these products serve, for organisations working under Indian constraints.
